Do you Ever Write YOUR NAME In All Capital Letters

Why does everything associated with the government spell your name in all capital letters? Is that proper English? Proper nouns such as your name should only be spelled with the first letter capitalized only. Do you ever spell your name with all capitals? No I did not think so. Do you know why?

Corporations are spelled with capital letters. That is right your name in all capital letters is a corporation set up for you by the UNITED STATES Corporation. Another truth is that your Federal Government is a Corporation.

Do you know why the government needed to set up a corporation spelled the same as your name but in Capitals? It is because no free born American would ever trade their time labor and energy for a currency with no value in and of itself. Corporations will accept a fraudulent currency printed by the Federal reserve which is also a corporation in the line of Milton Bradley which makes the monopoly game. Both corporations print money of equal value except the Federal Reserve Notes are backed by the US people.

If you notice on any of your Federal Reserve Notes (known as dollars to the uninformed) the paper is an instrument of debt only. Nowhere on a Federal Reserve Note does it state that it could be used to accumulate wealth.

I’ve watched a few cases in courts where people tried to do this. It didn’t work. They all got sent to jail. Whether you think that’s a correct interpretation of the law or not is your own crazy opinion, but no judge in this country is going to go for it. If you don’t want to go to jail, you’d better use a different defense.

Also, scribd.com is not law, but the Constitution, U.S. Code and state codes are. They’re better sources from which to mount a legal defense.

Guest, as of this moment, you are correct, this defense will not get an individual away from punishments for breaking law.

However, being aware of how the system works is knowledge that each individual should contemplate. At this time in history, until the right individual receives standing, there is no way I have found to separate the human being from the strawman. This does not mean that the system is not set up to deal with strawmen, it just means that the legal system would need to be altered, it is broken, it is based on lies, it needs to be destroyed and a new system set up.

When that individual somehow acquires the proper standing, perhaps we can construct a more fair and just system. IMO, we need a Constitutional Amendment to clarify the status of the individual human being. Having corporations hold a freedom of speech equates to the human beings controlling the corporation to hold two voices to sway democracy. One as their individual human being, the other as a group of human beings forming a corporation. It is also unjust that a true individual human being can be forced to take up arms in defense of their nation while the fictitious corporations continue their tyrannical path unabated and unaffected by the problems that are dealt with by human beings.

When the majority of its citizens withdraw their consent to be governed, those in power will be mere mortals once again! We need to become educated, we need to become aware of our status in society as compared to the status of government. We need to personally acknowledge our individual sovereign status and we need to hold those we allow to control our nation to the same set of laws that the citizen needs to abide by!

As Black’s Law Dictionary explains, the full capitalization of the letters of one’s natural name, results in a diminishing or complete loss of legal or citizenship status, wherein one actually becomes a slave or an item of inventory. The method, by which the State causes a natural person to “volunteer” himself into slavery, is through forming legal joinder, implied or stated, with the entity or legal fiction (name all CAPS). Of course, most natural persons wouldn’t willingly form such an unlawful but legally reductionist joinder, so trickery and obfuscation are used; and this starts when our birth certificates are created.

So the government which my forebears CREATED supposedly now denies my existence as a human being? Well, then we all oughta just deny IT’S existence as a government. tit for tat.

also, if I am incorporated by them by the issuance of a birth certificate and I am living below the poverty level, I should be able to file for tax exemption status as I am not for profit.

First off the GUEST IS A GOVERNMENT AGENT here to try to make ppl believe something that makes perfect since is a lie look at his name GUEST he is hiding his identity for a reason so i would not listen to his because he is a secret agent to keep us trapped. Think anybody who makes money selling you dirt would never tell you its worthless or they would not be selling it.we all know something is wrong and he cant prove they all went to jail because im going thru the same thing now and don’t see any sign of going to jail as long as you be firm and stick to the script you will be fine, everything you hear makes since that is positive. If i was a judge and had too many ppl in the courtroom when someone tried this i would act like i locked them up just to keep the show rolling but let them right out the back door because they don’t want the show to seam like it has any holes. think like its a magic trick. As stated. the UNITED STATES is in deed a corporation. made to entrap us as cargo. Along with that TRUTH. it can only be held against or used against you with consent.
