The Nanophysics and Nanoelectronics group at UCF is lead by Prof. Saiful Khondaker. Khondaker includes a joint appointment at Nanoscience Technology Center, Department of Physics and college of electrical and computer engineering. The audience has an interest in making use of low dimensional nano-structured materials (for example 2D TMDC, graphene, carbon nanotubes, organic molecules) for nanoelectronic and optoelectronic device applications. The main focus is incorporated in the fabrication of devices using condition from the art nanoscale patterning and lithgraphy techniques, comprehending the fundamental charge transport qualities at different temperature regimes and exploiting individuals qualities for novel applications.

March 2013: Professor Khondaker delivered an asked talk at Worldwide Conference on Nanoscience and Technology (ICONSAT) 2014 at Chandigarh, India. Khondaker also visited National Physical Laboratory at New Delhi.

The month of january 2014: Daeha left the audience to begin a publish-doctorate position in the College of Minnesota. Daeha spent 5 years in Khondaker gorup, 4 years like a Ph.D. student and something year like a publish-doc. Best of luck Daeha! We’ll miss you.
