Mtss is a web site about fuel cell scooters, in line with the Master’s thesis I carried out late 1999 at Princeton College (Mechanical Engineering Department). Current two-stroke engines are usually highly polluting, and lots of Asian governments are promoting electric vehicles operated by batteries.
