Guidelines

The use of publication support services, such as writing assistance and language editing, is recognized by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE).

Hundreds of medical journals support the ICMJE’s recommendations and guidelines, including The New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM), The Lancet, and The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA). Confidentiality

We make every effort to guarantee the confidentiality of our clients and service providers. A Journal Prep staff member serves as the single point of contact for clients and service providers in order to simplify manuscript preparation and maintain confidentiality. All of our writers and support staff are required to sign confidentiality agreements before any information about a client’s service request is shared with them. Moreover, clients are protected by Canadian law (PIPEDA), which prohibits the sharing of information about clients or their submitted materials with any unauthorized third party.
