Every day users find it difficult to organse and re-find their stored documents, photos or emails.
Personal Mix-Media Information Management investigates the possibilities to supply the consumer with an alternative choice to the Desktop Metaphor where we step from the file hierarchies accustomed to store our information. Our mix-media PIM product is an answer which unifies all organisational structures for example email, bookmark and file hierarchies but the physical classification structures for example book shelves or piles of papers around the desk.
Using more than $ 30 million PowerPoint presentations which are produced each day, we can’t disregard the prevalent and high utilization of slideware presentations in domains for example education or business. Within WISE various projects center around the domain of presentation tools as well as their related aspects.
The objective of these studies subject would be to perform research on development means of serious games, that are games employed for training, advertising, simulation, or education.
The aim of the expansion methods is to alleviate the growth and development of serious games and to match a larger participation from the different stakeholders throughout the development process.
We investigate adaptativity (i.e. dynamic adaptation) for serious games. that has the goal to evolve a significant games to various characteristics from the player in addition to the performance from the player.
In addition, we investigate how non-player figures can be created more relalistic within their behavior and interaction.
