The UCI History Department is sufficiently small to provide close focus on students’ specific needs but big enough to operate being an active research community. Students may make use of the Department’s active focus on and learning writing for multiple publics its programs ever pedagogy and connected K-12 outreach program, the UC Irvine History Project and also the department’s growing knowledge of digital humanities.
