The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) announced the President’s Medals Student Awards at an occasion yesterday working in london. The awards, recognised because the world’s most esteemed in architectural education, were inaugurated in 1836 (which makes them, such as the RIBA Gold Medal. the institute’s earliest award). 317 schools of architecture from over 61 countries were asked to appoint design projects and dissertations by their students. This season saw nearly all winners originate from London schools, such as the Bartlett School of Architecture (UCL), Kingston College. the College of Westminster. London Metropolitan College (the CASS), the Royal College of Art. the College of East London. and also the College of Greenwich. College College Dublin (Ireland) and also the College of Brighton (United kingdom) also saw their students commended, plus the College of Sydney (two students) and also the College of Hong Kong (one student).
