This program is made to meet needs of current and emerging college leaders. It can help equip participants using the theoretical, practical and private understanding, skills and attributes they should be outstanding leaders within their colleges, locally college sector as well as in greater education in Canada.

Students will build relationships OISE faculty, with leaders in the sector, with one another in debates, discussion and search for key and recurring issues, and debates and controversies facing colleges. Topics includes system organisation, policy, governance, mission, college functions, equity and social justice, student characteristics, educational philosophy and research methods.

Students can concentrate on their interests because they progress in their studies. Students will undertake original research within their doctorate thesis which will increase our understanding and knowledge of colleges in Canada.
