This is actually the new bible of public service. It literally altered my existence and perspective on paperwork. It accumulates where Reinventing Government ended – and corrects Reinventing’s market failures.

A great book especially while you’re reading it using the Just City. Denhardt and Denhardt highlight the procedure and Fainstein emphasizes the end result.
