Hi everyone,
I would like to make a toast to the Bride and Groom.

For those of you who don’t know me, I’m Kim, and I am happy to be One of Leann’s Bridesmaids.

Today we meet to celebrate two very special people, Leann and Richie.

Before I start the rest of this speech I just wanted everyone to take a look at how beautiful they are together.
A true match made in heaven. (PAUSE)
I’m honored to be able to stand up here today having the privelage to let everyone know what I see in them.

Well Leann..(look at her) It’s bin a long 12 years for you and me. And once you met Richie I had to learn how to share.
what can I say, we’ve truly bin through it all&…
The parties,the drama,the laughing,the crying..
and of course back in Highschool,all the boys that would chase after your long beautiful legs.
(look at richie) Don’t worry Rich,I never let them get to close to her. To me,no one was ever good enough for my Leann..
(pause) Atleast untill you came along&… (smile at him,PAUSE) And even then I had my eye on you. (wink)

As we grew up together through the years
I was always by her side.In all honesty I couldn’t ask for anything more in a friend.
I am so confident to say that she is the most Focused,Stable,ambitious,down to earth person I have ever met.
She knows how to get things done,and ontop of all of that..
She is the BEST mother I have ever seen. But of course she would be. She was raised by one the best. (smile at her parents)
And as a result their little girl Gianna has the sweetest personality.

Leann (look at her) You are my best friend, the one I know the most. The one that no matter what happens in life I can turn to for support and understand,
for an open ear or a shoulder to cry on. You have always bin there for me and I’ll always be here for you. I love you as a sister there’s no doubting that.

Now Richie (smile)

you better take care of her she means the world to me. Keep her happy, make her laugh.
Love and respect her, always and forever.
Enjoy the good and the bad, and be happy that you two will ALWAYS have each other close by.

Through the years I have never seen Leann so happy as when she is with you.
Rich, you are handsome and generous with your love for Leann, and I honestly couldn’t ask for anything more.

If I did have one thing to ask ,it would be to cherish the little things in life.
such as the way Leann laughs,or smiles,the way she holds Gianna,and of course my favourite..(pause) the way she sneezes after every meal (smile at them both)

-Now i have some advise for you&… (smile at rich)

*Never forget the two most important sayings, you’re right dear and OAKY. buy it.

*Now richie,it’s always a good thing to ask for directions. (laugh) If anyones ever bin in the car with these two you will know why this tip is important.

*And last but not least..Never be afraid that Leann will leave you, she has spent years training you and she won’t give that up lightly.

Separately, you are two special, remarkable people, but together you are complete.

As you sit side by side through this roller coaster of life,
remember to scream from the peaks,hold hands through the dips, laugh through the loop, and enjoy every twist and turn.
My greatest wish for the two of you is that through the years, your love for each other will deepen and grow.
Take time to talk to one another. Put your love and your family first;
your job and your hobbies second.

Now I’d like to ask everyone to stand and raise their glasses for a toast to the happy couple.

May your love be like the wind, strong enough to move the clouds, soft enough to never hurt,
but always never ending. So here’s to love, laughter, and happily ever after.
