[Show abstract] [Hide abstract] ABSTRACT: These studies describes the sexual attitudes and behaviors of the cohort of adolescents, 15–24 years of age, attending a sizable condition college in Manila, Philippines (N = 1,412). Results revealed high percentages for men and women adolescents who still value virginity, and disclosed disagreement with premarital sex (PMS), multiple sex, casual sex, pornography, cohabitation, same-sex relationship, petting and feminine masturbation. However, male masturbation, necking, and holding hands and kissing were discovered to be acceptable. Results likewise indicated a rise in adolescents who involved in PMS with time, although generally low (27.7%) when compared to findings of other studies. Of individuals who’ve involved in PMS, 80% didn’t use condom, which puts the adolescents into perils of unplanned pregnancy and contact with STIs or Aids.
